By registering for the Blidz Membership, you agree to be bound by these Membership Terms of Service ("Membership Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. These Membership Terms supplement and are incorporated into the Blidz Terms of Service (the "General Terms"), available at [link]. In the event of a conflict between these Membership Terms and the General Terms, these Membership Terms shall govern as to membership-specific matters. If you do not agree with any of these Membership Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Blidz Membership. Blidz is a recurring membership program where members gain exclusive access to a range of different benefits and pricing offers, designed to enhance their shopping experience with Blidz. Membership is available on weekly, monthly, or annual billing cycles.

Once a customer has opted for this feature, they can start enjoying the exclusive benefits that come with being a Blidz member, already on the current checkout.

When a customer chooses to activate their membership during checkout, they are acknowledging that they have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined in these Membership Terms and the General Terms. Before completing activation, you will be presented with a clear and conspicuous summary of: (i) the recurring charge amount and billing frequency; (ii) that your membership will auto-renew unless canceled; (iii) the deadline by which you must act to prevent the next charge; and (iv) how to cancel. You must provide your separate, affirmative consent to the auto-renewal terms before the membership charge is processed. Blidz does not use pre-checked boxes for membership enrollment.

Blidz offers an exclusive Authentication Offer to eligible users, allowing them to bypass the free trial period and activate their paid membership immediately. By opting into this offer, users can enjoy instant access to exclusive bonus rewards, such as additional payout opportunities, completion of pending Team-Buy deals, and other special incentives associated with the selected membership tier.

Users who choose this option agree to authorize an immediate membership charge for the applicable subscription fee. This offer is designed to provide members with enhanced benefits and faster access to premium features, rewarding early commitment to the Blidz membership program.

Blidz reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Authentication Offer at any time, at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in eligibility requirements, adjustments to the availability of the offer, and modifications to the specific benefits or rewards included with the offer. Users are encouraged to review the current terms and benefits associated with the Authentication Offer before opting in to ensure they are aware of any updates or changes.

To register for the Blidz Membership, you must be 18 years of age or older and reside in a market where Blidz is officially available (United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom). Blidz may also offer limited or pre-launch membership availability in the European Economic Area; users in such regions should confirm current availability through the Platform.

To register for the Blidz Membership, you must click the membership banner in the Blidz app, accept these Membership Terms, and provide valid card payment information to start the trial. Before completing your registration and before billing information is requested, you will be presented with a clear and conspicuous disclosure of the material terms of the subscription, including: (i) the recurring charge amount and billing frequency (weekly, monthly, or annual); (ii) that your membership will auto-renew at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the next billing cycle; (iii) the deadline by which you must act to prevent the next charge; and (iv) how to cancel your membership, including a direct pathway within the app.

You must provide your separate, affirmative consent to the auto-renewal terms before you may be charged. Blidz does not use pre-checked boxes or any other mechanism that would enroll you in an auto-renewing subscription without your explicit, affirmative action. Consent to auto-renewal is obtained independently from your acceptance of these Membership Terms.

Upon successful registration, Blidz will send you a confirmation (via email, in-app notification, or other electronic communication) that includes a summary of the subscription terms, the amount charged, the next billing date, and instructions on how to cancel. You will then have access to all Blidz Membership benefits.

You must have a valid Blidz account and provide a valid working payment card. We may verify your account and payment information to ensure compliance with our eligibility requirements.

The Blidz Membership fee is billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annual, depending on the plan selected). Your payment method will be charged the applicable fee at the beginning of each billing period, unless you cancel your membership before the next billing date.

We accept credit and debit cards for payment, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Your payment information will be securely processed by our payment provider, Stripe.

As part of the initiation of the Blidz Membership, Blidz Inc. may execute a provisional charge on the customer's card to verify its authenticity. Although this amount is typically reimbursed, should the customer neglect to cancel the subscription and consequently default on the payment for the ensuing period, this held amount may be appropriated towards the cost of membership renewal.

By activating Blidz Membership, users unlock access to exclusive benefits like discounted pricing, free shipping, and enhanced payout rewards. However, if the membership is canceled — whether by choice or due to non-payment — all membership-exclusive benefits will be immediately revoked. This includes any ongoing membership-tier discounts, free shipping privileges, and exclusive rewards. Any accumulated Payout Balance will remain in the user's account but will be subject to the Free tier withdrawal limit ($5 per month) and to the standard Payout Balance terms set forth in the General Terms, including expiration and forfeiture provisions. Orders relying on membership benefits may also face cancellation at Blidz's discretion.

Blidz offers a 30-day money-back guarantee exclusively for your initial membership fee. If you request a refund within 30 days of the initial charge, it will be processed promptly and without questions asked. This guarantee applies solely to the inaugural payment and serves as a risk-free trial period.

Except as provided in the money-back guarantee above or where required by applicable law, all membership fees are non-refundable. This includes subsequent renewals, partial months, or unused portions of your membership. No refunds will be issued for:

You may cancel your Blidz Membership at any time. Cancellation is primarily available directly through the Blidz app (in your account settings or subscription management section). We make cancellation as straightforward as enrollment — no extra steps beyond standard app navigation are required. If you encounter any issues or require assistance (e.g., for refund-related questions or complex cases), you may also email support@blidz.com. Blidz will provide confirmation of your cancellation promptly upon processing.

If you do not cancel your membership, it will be automatically renewed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annual, depending on the plan selected), and the applicable fee will be charged to your provided payment method.

Please note that simply deleting the Blidz app or deleting your Blidz account does not automatically cancel your subscription, as subscription management and payments are handled through our payment partner. To avoid further charges, you must manually cancel the subscription within the app or by contacting support prior to your next billing cycle.

Blidz may modify membership fees, tiers, benefits, or withdrawal limits at any time. If Blidz increases membership fees for current subscribers, Blidz will provide advance notice of no less than fourteen (14) days via email or in-app notification prior to the effective date of such increase. If you do not agree to the increased fees, you may cancel your membership before the next billing cycle at the increased rate. If you cancel within fourteen (14) days of the first charge at the increased rate, you may request a prorated refund for the remaining unused portion of that billing period. Continued use of the membership after the increased fee takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Sharing your Blidz Membership account with others is prohibited. You agree to use the Blidz Membership program in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Membership Terms. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activities may result in the immediate termination of your Blidz Membership and possible legal action.

If you encounter any violations of these Membership Terms or any inappropriate behavior or content while using the Blidz Membership program, please report such incidents to our support team for investigation.

All content within the Blidz app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Blidz Inc. or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.

By using the Blidz Membership program, you agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided by Blidz or its partners, except as expressly permitted by these Membership Terms or by obtaining prior written consent from Blidz.

We collect payment information (processed with our payment provider, Stripe), shipping addresses, and app usage analytics. We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the UK Data Protection Act 2018, and the EU GDPR.

Your data is kept confidential from other users and is used only for product delivery and optimizing the app experience. We may share your data with third parties for the purpose of providing the Blidz Membership program or for legal compliance, but we will never sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

The Blidz app may use cookies and other tracking technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage, and deliver personalized content. By using the Blidz Membership program, you consent to our use of cookies and similar technologies.

You may request the deletion of your account data at any time by contacting our support team. For more information about our data practices, please review our Privacy Policy at https://blidz.com/privacy_policy.

These Membership Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Blidz Membership program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Blidz Membership program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York City, NY, in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

You agree that any arbitration, mediation, or other dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you waive any right to a jury trial. If a court or arbitrator determines that this class action waiver is void or unenforceable for any reason, or that an arbitration can proceed on a class basis, then the arbitration provisions set forth above shall be deemed null and void in their entirety and the parties shall be deemed to have not agreed to arbitrate disputes.

The Blidz Membership program is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Blidz Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Blidz Inc. does not warrant that the program will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blidz Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Blidz Membership program.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blidz Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Blidz Membership program, your violation of these Membership Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

If the provided payment method cannot be charged for renewal, all membership benefits will be suspended immediately. Our payment provider will continue to retry the charge up to 8 times during the next 2 weeks. If this still fails after all retries, your membership will be cancelled.

You may cancel your Blidz Membership at any time through the app (in your account settings or subscription management section) or by emailing support@blidz.com. We make cancellation as straightforward as enrollment — no extra steps beyond standard app navigation are required. Blidz will provide confirmation of your cancellation promptly upon processing. If your membership is terminated or suspended due to non-payment, you will receive a notification via email or in-app message.

Upon termination or suspension of your Blidz Membership, all membership benefits will be suspended, and any orders made using membership benefits may not be processed and may be cancelled. You will also lose access to any exclusive content or offers available to Blidz members. Your monthly Payout Balance withdrawal limit will revert to the Free tier limit ($5 per month).

Blidz Inc. reserves the right, in case a customer with a past-due but not cancelled Blidz Membership elects to reactivate their membership during a product checkout, to process the outstanding invoice using the payment method provided at checkout.

By accepting these Membership Terms, you agree to receive communications from Blidz, Inc. and its third-party service providers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These communications include, but are not limited to: (a) agreements, policies, and notices related to your membership; (b) payment authorizations, transaction receipts or confirmations, and notifications regarding failed payment attempts; (c) account statements and history; and (d) any federal and state tax-related statements and documents. You acknowledge and agree that these communications may be delivered via email, push notifications, in-app notifications, or any other contact method associated with your Blidz account.

We reserve the right to modify these Membership Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Membership Terms, we will notify you by email or through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Blidz Membership program after receiving such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified Membership Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Membership Terms periodically for updates. You can always access the current version of these Membership Terms from within your membership page in the Blidz app.

a. Severability: If any provision of these Membership Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Membership Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Nothing in these Membership Terms is intended to exclude or limit any statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction.

b. Waiver: No waiver of any provision of these Membership Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, and Blidz Inc.'s failure to assert any right or provision under these Membership Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

c. Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Membership Terms without the prior written consent of Blidz Inc. Blidz Inc. may assign its rights and obligations under these Membership Terms in its sole discretion and without restriction.

d. Entire agreement: These Membership Terms, together with the General Terms and any applicable policies or guidelines provided by Blidz Inc., constitute the entire agreement between you and Blidz Inc. regarding the Blidz Membership program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written, between you and Blidz Inc. related to the subject matter herein.

e. Force majeure: Blidz Inc. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Membership Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or internet or communication failures.

f. Headings: The section headings in these Membership Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. They shall not be used in the interpretation of these Membership Terms.

g. Notices: All notices or other communications required or permitted by these Membership Terms shall be in writing and shall be deemed given when delivered personally or by email, or three (3) days after being sent by certified or registered mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, to the parties at their respective addresses specified in these Membership Terms or such other address as a party may designate by notice to the other party.

h. Relationship of the parties: Nothing in these Membership Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and Blidz Inc. You agree that you are an independent contractor, and not an employee, agent, or legal representative of Blidz Inc.

i. Survival: Any provisions of these Membership Terms that, by their nature, should survive the termination or expiration of your Blidz Membership, including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, and 10, shall survive such termination or expiration.
