How long does it take to get my refund?

Refund timelines vary depending on the reason for the refund.

Expired Team-Up deal If your Team-Up deal expired without a joiner, your refund is processed automatically once the expiry is confirmed by the system:

  • Your payment is refunded to your original payment method promptly.

  • Any Payout Balance applied is returned to your Payout Balance at the same time.

Returned item Once the merchant confirms receipt and condition of your returned item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Note: Returns must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be in original, undamaged, and unused condition. Return shipping is at your cost unless the return is due to a Blidz or merchant error.

Membership refund (30-day money-back guarantee) If you request a refund on your initial membership fee within 30 days, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. To request a membership refund, contact us at support@blidz.com.

Note: The money-back guarantee applies to the initial membership fee only. Subsequent renewals, partial months, and unused portions are non-refundable.

General note All refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or card issuer.
