A Team-Up deal is successful when both of the following conditions are met:
The host has paid the Team-Up price and started the deal.
A second shopper joins and completes checkout within the 24-hour window.
Simply viewing the invite or tapping the link does not count. The joiner must complete payment for the deal to close. Once both payments are confirmed, the deal completes instantly and the merchant fulfills both orders.
If the 24-hour window closes without a joiner completing checkout, the deal expires and the host receives a full refund to their original payment method. Any Payout Balance applied is also returned.
