Starting a Team-Up You initiate the deal, pay the Team-Up price, and become the host. A 24-hour window opens for another shopper to join. Your deal is listed in the public Join feed and you also receive a shareable invite link. If no one joins within 24 hours, your deal expires and you are fully refunded.

Joining a Team-Up You are completing an open deal that a host has already started and paid for. Once you complete checkout, the deal closes instantly and the merchant fulfills both orders right away. There is no waiting period on your end.
