If you are not sure which email address you used to sign up, or which login method you chose, this article will help you get back into your account and locate your unique Blidz User ID.
1. Understanding Your Login Method
Blidz supports four ways to create and access an account. The method you chose when you first signed up determines how you log in every time afterward:
Continue with Apple - uses your Apple ID; available on iOS devices only
Continue with Google - uses your Google account credentials
Continue with Facebook - uses your Facebook account credentials
Email (verification code) - Blidz sends a one-time numeric code to your email address each time you log in
If you are unsure which method you used, try each option in the order above. As long as you use the same method you originally signed up with, you will land in the correct account.
2. Sign In with Apple (iOS only)
Note: Sign in with Apple is only available on iOS devices (iPhone and iPad). If you are on Android or using the web, you will not see this option. If you originally signed up with Apple on an iOS device, you will need an iOS device to log back in this way.
Apple Login requires no email or password you need to remember. As long as you are signed into the same Apple ID on your device, tapping Continue with Apple will always return you to your Blidz account.
Standard Apple Login
Open the Blidz app after a fresh install.
Tap Continue with Apple.
Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password when prompted.
You will be taken directly into your existing Blidz account.
Apple Login with Hide My Email
When you first signed up, Apple may have offered to hide your real email address and create a private relay address (for example, abc123xy@privaterelay.appleid.com) to use with Blidz instead. If you chose this option, that relay address is what Blidz has on file for your account.
You do not need to know or remember this address. The relay address Apple generates for your Blidz account is permanent and tied exclusively to your Apple ID and the Blidz app. It does not change between logins. Tapping Continue with Apple will always resolve to the same account automatically.
If you're not sure if you have used Hide My Email and want to locate this Private Relay email for our support team, please follow the steps
Open Settings, tap on your name to view your Apple ID settings.
Tap on "Sign in with Apple"
Scroll down and find Blidz in the app list.
The email address displayed under "Hide My Email" is your hidden email address. Long-press it to copy and send it to our support, we can then easily help locate your account
3. Sign In with Google
Open the Blidz app with a fresh install.
Tap Continue with Google.
Select the Google account you used when you signed up.
You will be taken directly into your existing Blidz account.
Tip: If you have multiple Google accounts, make sure you select the correct one. Each Google account is linked to a separate Blidz account.
4. Sign In with Facebook
Open the Blidz app with a fresh install.
Tap Continue with Facebook.
Log into Facebook if prompted, using the Facebook account you used when you signed up with Blidz.
You will be taken directly into your existing Blidz account.
Tip: If you previously changed your Facebook login email or password, log into Facebook first at facebook.com and then return to Blidz and try again.
5. Sign In with Email (Verification Code)
If you created your Blidz account using an email address directly, Blidz will send a numeric verification code to that address each time you log in. There is no password to remember.
Open the Blidz app with a fresh install.
Tap Continue with Email. You may have to tap "Other signup methods" to see the email option.
Enter the email address you used when you signed up.
Tap Continue or Sign In. A numeric verification code will be sent to that email address.
Check your inbox (and your spam or junk folder if needed) for an email from Blidz.
Enter the code in the Blidz app or website to complete login.
Not sure which email you used? Try any email addresses you commonly use. Each email address is linked to a separate Blidz account. If a code is sent, that is the account associated with that address.
6. Finding Your Blidz User ID
Once you are logged in, you can find your unique Blidz User ID in your account settings. This ID is useful when contacting support, as it allows the support team to locate your account instantly.
Tap the Profile icon at the top left of the screen.
Tap Settings (gear icon in the top right).
Scroll to the account information section. Your User ID is displayed there.
Tap the User ID to copy it to your clipboard.
Paste your User ID when submitting a support request or when asked by a Blidz support agent.
When to share your User ID: Include your User ID when contacting support at support@blidz.com. It is the fastest way for our team to locate your account and assist you.
7. If You Cannot Log In
If you have tried all applicable login methods and are still unable to access your account, contact our support team at support@blidz.com. To help us locate your account, include as much of the following as possible:
The email addresses you may have used when signing up
Your full name
Your approximate sign-up date
The exact amount and timestamp of any recent Blidz charges on your payment method (check your bank or card statement)
Note for Apple users: If you signed up using Apple Login with Hide My Email and cannot locate your Private Relay email, and if you also paid with Apple Pay or Cash App, the card details on file may not match your physical card number. In this case, providing the exact charge amount and timestamp from your bank statement is the most reliable way for our team to locate your account.
