To delete your account, go to Profile β Settings β Delete Account and follow the on-screen steps.
Before you delete: if you have an active membership
Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel your membership subscription. Your subscription will continue to renew and you will continue to be charged until you cancel it separately. To avoid further charges, cancel your membership before proceeding with account deletion. You can cancel via Profile β Settings β Cancel Membership, or by emailing support@blidz.com.
What happens when you delete your account
Your account is disabled immediately upon confirmation.
All pending orders are cancelled and refunded.
All account data, including activity logs, orders, Points, and Payout Balance, is permanently removed.
After the 7-day grace period, your account becomes unrecoverable. There is no way to restore it once this period has passed.

To confirm deletion, you must check both boxes:
You understand that deletion will remove all your data and cancel all pending orders.
You understand that your membership subscription is NOT automatically cancelled and you will continue to be charged until you cancel it separately.
Changed your mind? You can tap "I changed my mind, I'll stay" at any point before confirming to return to your account without any changes.
